LATONlA TURF NOTES $ LATONIA, Ky., June 16. Jockey Willie Pool has severed his connections with the stable of J. W. Parrish and, after going to Fairmount Park to ride in a stake Saturday, will return here and ride as a free lance. J. F. Schorr shipped E. B. McLeans two-year-old Portia to Fairmount Park, where the youngster is engaged in" a juvenile stake. The division of the J. J. Coughlin stable that is being handled by L. R. Boyle will be transferred to Raceland at the conclusion of the. Latonia meeting. J. B. Respess is a Latonia visitor but contemplates an early departure for Chicago. His horses have been transferred from Fair-mount Park to Lincoln Fields to await the opening at the latter course. A. Baker has arranged to ship a carload of horses-to Lincoln Fields the latter part -of next .week at which time Kay Spence probably wiil dispatch a division of the Audley Farm Stable to the same track. Jockey J. J. Robbins was licensed to ride. L. B. Draun claimed Heed out of the final race for ,000. x o -
