HIGDON AND KOONTZ PART DALLAS, Texas, April 24. Ross Higdon, part owner and trainer of the Eskay Stable, announced todaythat he had dissolved partnership with H. B. Koontz, and that in the future Bright Bubble, Chatterbelle, The Singer, Two Tricks, Modesto, Tomye and Noyo would race under his colors. Chan was taken over by Koontz and was shipped to San Antonio. Sweeping Light, however, will continue to race under the Eskay colors.
