TURKEY FOOT, on the outside eaily and always clear, moved up between horses in the stretch and. wearing down STRUTTER, was drawing out. The latter took command gradually and held on fairly well but was not good enough. BIG ALBERT, well back early, had started up on the outride when impeded in the stretch and came again when dear. DARK HEATHER swerved in the stretch and could not get up. SONS STYLE tired in the stretch. HER ANSWER showed little. Overweight — Prince Mistake. 1 pound. BLACK FANTASY rallied to pressure but hung near the end, yet lasted to dead heat NEAQUEEN for r •second. The latter, well up from the start, made a determined effort in the drive. ROBINS PET. on the e inside, was in close quarters for a brief time in the stretch. JUSTIFIED was held safe. EVA LILLIAN began 1 slowly and never threatened. ODD PAIR had early speed. PAY ME, close up from the start, got to the front in the drive but tired and could J not withstand the winner. FLYSOLATE, away slowly and far back to the stretch, closed boldly in a fine ie effort. SHUSH also finished well. DONERO had speed but tired gradually after a half mile. JOURNAL, away well, quickly dropped out of contention and went sluggishly much of the trip. The latter, rated to the stretch, came out sfifhtl in the drive and, holding on courageously, outstayed TEDDYS TEA. The latter, slow to rally, moved with a rush nearing the last eighth, but tired near the end. WINNPEARL gave way under pressure. IRON BARGE had speed and saved ground, but flattened out after seven-eighths. EXPOSE was outrun. Overweight — Doc Wagner, 24 pounds; Expose. 2; Ambros E.. 1.
