He tapped the fitst five furlongs in 1 :004 aid all he had to do was to saunter the final furlong. The old horse is in grand form now. Rutter perfectly understand 3 Mm. Moroni raced well. He stood a drive gamely the last three furlongs and outstayed Abe Furet for the place. The latter was hampered down the backstretch. Tony Licalzi is a fast hor • and can win when placed right.
