Yesterdays Cincinnati Enquirer says: The list of entries for the five additional stakes to be run at the fall meeiing of the Latonia Jockey Club has been announced by Secretary Hopper. The entries this fall are far better than those of last season, and the prospects never looked brighter for a successful meeting at the Kenton county track. Nearly all the big western owners and a choice lot from the eastern States are represented in the list, and some of the fastest horses in training have been entered in the various events. The total number of entries to each stake is as follows: Covington Autumn Stakes, 52; Latonia Prize, 23; Kenton Stakes, 44; the Tobacco Stakes, 54, and Cincinnati Hotel Handicap, 33. Among the bast known horsemen who have entries in these stakes are R. Tucker, C. H. Williams, W. H. Laudeman, S. S. Brown, E S. Gardner, Jr., George J Lon, T. J. McHhle, C. C. Maffitt, J. B. Respass, W. F. Schulte, George A. Singerly. Rntlede and Stevens, Talbott Bros., W. H. May and Son, Middleton and Juugbluth, F. M. Arthur, W. H. McCorkle, Applegate fc Durham, Baker and Gentry, J. T. Stewart, W. Huffman and T. G Calvert.
