Won driving; second handily. Hoodwink closed strongly in the last eighth, but had all she could do to stall off Golden Glitters stout bid in the closing strides. The latter came with a determined rash at the end but could not quite get up. Coacoa had a fine turn of speed but she tired badly in the last one hundred yards. Dodie d. ran as if a little short and the race should do her good. Jane Oaker, off well, fell gradually away and ran nowhere near her race and it should be cut out in future calculations.
