NEW ORLEANS STAKES. The season of winter racing at New Orleans will be inaugurated Thursday, November 28, and will cover at least one hundred days. Secretary Clark has announced a list of twenty-one 1 stakes which will be run off during the progress of the meeting and which, instead of being of guaranteed value, as heretofore, are on the , much more satisfactory added money system.
