Fogur-tha waB off running in a straggling start, which put Bendora and Louis Wagner out of it at the start and had it all his own way. Louis Wagner ran a good race and finished gamely under the whip. He was left at tho poet, yet waB only beaten one and a half lengths by Satin Coat, which won. He quickly got out in front and galloped nnextendodiill the way a no seemed to like the going. Satin Coat was skillfully ridden and had no mishaps. Tickful was at home in the goiog and ran an extra good race. Ignis did his bst. Banquo II. finished very stoutly under a weak ride. Sauber ran a bad race. Georgia Gardner was fa icked and hurt at the post by Saubar. Churchill ran as if the going did not suit him. Overweights Ignis, 8 pounds; Sauber, 8. Teucer, show, 4 to 5. Satin Coat, Bhow, out. Tickful, show, 2 to 1. Ignis, show, out.
