Rongh Rider ran a good race and finished stoutly, but Golden Cottage was crowded on the outside rail in the last sixteenth and Shea struck him over the head repeatedly. A foul was claimed and allowed. Golden Cottage was best and would have won but for the fouling. C. Rosenfold ran a fair race. Dactyl closed up strongly at the end. Golden Cottage, show, 2 to 5. C.
