1 , , 1 , HUTCHINSON HANDICAP ENTRIES. The entries for the Hutchinson Handicap for the coming meeting of the Buffalo Racing Association which will begin August 30 next, includes some really good class two-year-olds. One of the most prominent candidates named is i Dick Welles, winner of the Hyde Park Stakes at Washington Park. 1 Then there is a filly which has been called the Endurance by Right of the season. This is Olefiant, the daughter of Ornus. She has started five times this season and has not been beaten. When she meets Dick Welles there is certain to be a fast six furlongs. There is also the colt J. Sidney Walker, which waB recently sold in Chicago for 5,000. Besides there are such good ones aB Sidney C. Love and Tancred. Her Letter, F. G. Good and Special Tax are those at Fort Erie which have shown best. George C. Bennett and M. H. Tichenor have sent other good colts. Green B. Morris evidently wants to have a chance at every stake event on the list, for he has named Gold Van. John W. Schorr and Barney Schreiber are also well represented. The conditions and entries are as follows: The Hutchinson Handicap, for two-year-olds, foals of 1900, 0 each, or 0 only if declared out by 2 p. m. of the day before the race ; ,000 added, of which 00 to second and 50 to third horse.
