GOSSIP OF THE TURF. "We propose to organize a jockey club similar to the Washington Park Club in Chicago. The jockey club will control racing meetings. We intend to have a running meeting every spring, beginning May 15 and continuing until June 15, The trotting meetings will be held in the fall." Louis V.
