Mudlavia was allowed to drop out of it in the early part, but came fast in the stretch. A Lark closed fast under a very incompetent ride. It is likely that Wax Tapers form has been skillfully covered up and that he is better than his recent races show. Tickful was ridden in the deep going next to the rail and tired in the run home.
