LOCAL TURF GOSSIP. F. D. Weir has shipped his horses, which include Brigadier, to St. Louis to race at Kinloch Park. F. Cook has purchased at private terms from B. Bradley the two-year-old Mirance. Secretary Jasper of the Worth track will be at Harlem this morningCand accept entries forjthe handicaps to be run on tne opening day at Hawthorne. Recent misplaced talkf concerning "form;revers-als" has caused JohnCondon to suggesta plan that will in a measure lessen this evil in future, and if any wrongdoing is being perpetrated it? will be an easier task-for the officials to lay the responsibility at the door of thoseSguilty. Mr. Condons plan is to have the presiding judge of the Hawthorne course and the chief official of the Harlem track to be in the same stand regardless of which course the racing is going on. Judge Trevelyan, who is the presiding judge at Hawthorne, could act with Judge Hamilton while the racing was going on at Harlem, and Judge Hamilton could act in the same capacity at Hawthorne, thereby giving each accurate knowledge of the form of the horses on both tracks.
