"WESTERN JOCKEY CLUIT ACTION. The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Stewards of the Western Jockey Club was held on Monday, September 1. Disqualification of the following persons and horses was removed : S. C. CottrslI, owner; the horses Leetka, Lady in Black. S. E. Finloy, owner; the horses Two Annies, Toad Bainey. M. C. Kelloy, owner; the hors Candling. Horses Croesus, proporty of. W. Courtney fc Co. Ice, property of G. Mansfield. Brother Fred, property of E. E. Mnrtin. Bonrbon King, property of W. F. McKinney. Zenaid, property of Gill Summers. Colonel Cassidyt property of G. T. Vititoo. Owners and Trainers II. L. Johnson. T. Parcell, W. P. Boed. Jockeys T. Collins, E. Wheelor. The. following trainers and jockeys wore reinstated: William Hurley, Thomas McKinnoy, Paul Warren. J. J, Troxler was reinstated upon the condition that he pay forfeits amounting to 8169.00 which have been lodged against him. ApDlications of G. H. Pierce, E. Foucon and D. E. Lindsoy for reinstatement were passed to the next meeting of the board. Application for reinstatement of Thomas Trysler and the horse Oricius was denied. Application of H. I. Marshall for removal of disqualification of the horse Kingalong was denied. The following licenses were granted: Trainers J. Berry. James Brown, C. E. Burnett, G. Coleman, F. Drake, J. Dumas, W. Applications of S. LHommedieu for trainer license and W. J. Stewart for jockey license were denied. The license of apprentice W. J. Hunt, previously revoked, was restored. Licenses of the following trainers were revoked because of non-payment of forfeits : J. Combs, Fred Fawcett, C. H. Hughes, B. E. Maddox, J. Stephenson, A. Stevens, E. G. Wachter, ; W. Weir. Acting upon the recommendation of the officials of the Chicago Jockey Club, the license of jockey J. Dupee was revoked. ! 1L Bills forservices to injured jocicoys were approved and ordered paid. It was ordered that W. S. Trevey be notified to return to the Highland Park Jockey Club not later than September 15 the first money in the purse won by Terry Banger on August 14, in default of which both he and the horse stand ruled off the turf. The secrstary was directed to notify L. N. Hodges that unless the forfeit lodged against his employe, W. W. Lister, is paid by September 15, the training license for the stable is revoked.
