YEARLINGS SOLD. The yearling sales came to an end in the Fasig-Tipton companys paddocks Wednesday when those from E. S. Carrs Trade Wind Stud, A. D. ! Paynes Anita Stud and several other owners, were sold. The bidding was very light and fair prices were received. J. J. McCafferty, who recently sold out all his horses and yearlings, made several purchases and gave the top price of ,000 for the handsome filly by Gotham Frederica. The firm of W. H. May and Son gave 30 for the Top Gallant-Glen Hop colt. He was one of the biggest yearlings seen in the ring in years and looked more like a three-year-old. The sales follow: Property of E. S.
