Won driving and all out ; second easily.- Rus-sellton and Nabocklieh fought it out all through the last quarter. The former was the gamest and shook off Nabocklish in the last furlong. The latter went through next to the inside rail at the first turn and saved a lot of ground. He stumbled a couple of times in the stretch run, but for which he might have won. Ceylon closed a big gap in the last quarter and was wearing the leaders down at the end. Precisely quit in the stretch run. Lissome and Denny Duffy were as good as left at the post. Dr. Scharff ran his race. Rag Tag finished strongly and was in heavy going next to the inside rail all the way. The field was all strung out at the end. Tillo quit in the run home. Worthington was never a contender. This one ran much below his form. So did Banish. Watch them.
