NOTES OF THE TURF. So far, the managers of the Fair Association and Delmar Park Jockey Club have not made up their minds on a system of starting races for next season. Though Manager Murphy of Kinloch opposos the "no recall" system it will prevail at Kinloch because Mr. Murphy says the horsemen and public bettors like it best. Following the example of the Coney Island Jockey Club, Philip J. Dwyer, president of the Brooklyn Jockey Club, has canceled tho dates of E. J. Arnold and Co.b Gold Heels in all the Brooklyn Jockey Club races in which he was entered three weeks ago. The imported horse, Corbletts Bay, while being exercised several days ago got the better of his boy and ran away three miles. When he pulled up it was found that he had bowed the middle tendon of his off foreleg. It is said that an eastern turfman has made an offer of 0,000 tor the Bervices of jockey Walter Robbins, who is considered by many to be the best lightweight rider in the west. The horse Alfred C, the entry of which was re-fused some time ago for inconsistent running, has been reinstated. Frank Bain, of Chicago, has purchased him.
