FARLEY NOT REINSTATED. The Stewards of the Western Jockey Club met in called session yesterday to review the evidence in the case of the persons ruled off recently at Detroit for complicity in the case where it was alleged Aimless was raced under the name of Sarah Black, the matter being in the form of an appeal by JE. E. Farley and others from the ruling of the De-i troit Jockey Club. Sessions to hear testi-* mony were held yesterday afternoon and at night, with the result that the following decision was promulgated last night: "In the matter of the appeal of E. E. Farley and others from the decision of the Detroit, Jockey Club ruling them off the turf, the Stewards of the Western Jockey Club affirm the finding and refuse the parties reinstatement."
