PREPARING TO ANNOUNCE STAKES. Memphis, Tenn., January 8. The New Memphis Jockey Club is preparing to announce reuewals of all its stakes, including the Montgomery Handicap and the Derby and Oaks for 1907, entries for these races iu 1100 having closed last spring.
