REDFERN TO RIDE AT 0AKLAWN. New York, February 7. Jockey Arthur Redfern is making preparations to leave here next week for Hot Springs, where he will ride during the entire meeting at Oaklawn. Redfern now weighs 115 pounds stripped, but says he will be able to make 110 at the Springs. He will ride at the New York tracks during the summer and believes that he will be able to make 111 pounds throughout the season.
