IDENTITY OF THE BANISHED. Gerald Evans, who was ruled off at City Park, is a Chicago man. He was at one time a clerk in Marshall Fields retail store. Later he was a clerk at Washington Park. W. II. Rudolph is a native of Harrison, Ohio, and was at one time advance agent for Richard Golden, the actor. U. S. Wishard formerly made his home in Indianapolis, Ind. He Is a cousin of Enoch Wishard, who trains the stable of John A. Drake. He is a saddle maker and left his trade for the track when his son, Del Wishard, liecame a jockey. He figured in two transactions that were under investigation at eastern tracks last fall.
