MORE RUMORS FROM ASCOT PARK. "The eliasm at Ascot. Park Is apparently unbridgeable," says the San Francisco Chronicle of Tuesday last. "Judge Hamilton, in a signed communication, states that the Williams stable is under a judicial investigation. He is the presiding judge at Ascot. James Brooks telegraphs that the Williams stable is not uuder investigation. Brooks is the manager at Ascot. It looks as if there is quite a conflict of authority, at Ascot. According to reliable information George Rose, the big stockholder at Ascot, sides with Judge Hamilton. Some developments can be expected in the very near future, as the strained relations of the Ascot racing magnates are a matter of common gossip."
