Arsenal, away well and favored by the heavy going, ran forwardly all the way and easily came away in the stretch run. Bonebrake ran a good race and hung on well in the final drive. Enverite, away badly, ran around the others, closed a tremendous gap and was best. Mordclla made up ground, but tired near the end. Fancy Dress was knocked back shortly after the start and ran a fairly good race. Mart Gentry finished well. Odd Ella quit badly and lias been overrated. Dcuxtemps ran one of his good races and finished gamely under pressure. James Reddick was nearly thrown in the first quarter, but moved up resolutely when clear and was going fast at the end. Pity bad no mishaps. Cousin Kate showed early speed, but tired badly in the last quarter. Haughty showed fair speed. Scratched 00102 Mayor Johnson, 90. Deimore was favored by the stiff going and ran in improved form. Ilolloway ran a poor race. J. C. Clem was given a bad ride. Overweights J. C.
