KENTUCKYS FORTY-DAY LIMIT BILL. Frankfort, Ky., February 9. Representative Bus-sell, of Todd County, offered a bill in the legislature today proposing that racing upon any course in the state shall be limited to forty days in any calendar year. It affixes penalties of a fine of from 00 to ?1,000 daily for violation of the provision of the bill.
