WILL REACH A DECISION TODAY. Nashville, Tenn., February 21. A meeting of the directors of the Tennessee Breeders Association and the Tennessee State Fair Association will be held tomorrow to make final arrangements for the spring meeting at Cumberland Park. J. W. Russwurm will be the secretary, as in former years, and the stake list will be about the same. The dates, April 11 to 21; however, are not entirely satisfactory aud the American Turf Association may be asked to make a change.
