ST. LOUIS FAIR GROUNDS TO BE SOLD. St. Louis, Mo., February 24. It was announced tills afternoon by C. A. Tilles that Cella, Adlcr and Tilles had decided to offer the Fair Grounds for sale. "The property," lie said, "will be placed on the market at once. It Is not likely, however, that It will be sold as It stands. It will probably he cut up Into building lots." The Fair Grounds comprises over 100 ncres and it Is desirably located. It is one of the noted racetracks- of the United Slates and has figured exten-ehely In .the turf history of this country.
