BOOKMAKER RABB SUES FOR DAMAGES. New Orleans, La., February 20. William Rabb today filed suit against .Samuel F. Heaslip, Francis Jrevelyan, Joseph A. .Murphy, D. II. Barnes, Edward Corrigan and Louis D. Legarde for 5,000 damages for "maliciously, wickedly and falsely accusing the petitioner of swindling and of entering Into fraudulent conspiracy with one U. S. Wishard to cheat and swindle in lie running races at City Park race track." The local newspapers which published the ruling of the City Park officials against Rabb are also made defendants.
