NO BIDS FOR WASHINGTON PARK TRACK. No bids for the purchase of Washington Park race track were made yesterday. According to the advertisement, the eighty acres and Improvements or any part of the improvements, were for sale with the stipulation that bids be made to the First Trust and Savings Bank by noon of March 15. It is now understood that the plant will be dismantled and the property cut up into building lots.
