OUTSIDERS HELP OAKLAND BOOKMAKERS. San Francisco, Cal., March 15. The lookmakers are, figuratively speaking, making hay while the sun shines. Barney Schreiber left tonight for Los Angeles to close up ids establishment at Ascot Park. "Kid" Weller also departed for the oast via Los Angeles and New Orleans. His final destination being Cincinnati.
