BAD DAY FOR FAVORITES AT FORT ERIE. Buffalo, N. Y.. July 13. Speculatively the public did "not have a look-in at Fort Erie today. It was not until in the last race that a favorite won. The third rare promised to be the best on the card aud It was from a betting point ot view. Charlie Eastman was always the public choice and It seemed as If the race was a gift to him. .Royal Windows good races at Kenllworth, however, had leeii overlooked and he was allowed to go to the post neglected at 6 to 1.
