BARRINGTON GETS STAY OF EXECUTION. Washington, D. C, July 27. The Supreme Court of the United States today received notice from the chief justice of the Supreme Court of Missouri that that court had Issued an order extending for sixty days, from July 30, the timo for the filing of the transcript of the record in the case ot F. Seymour Barrlngton, under sentence of death in that state for the murder of James McCann, a Lexington, Ky., horseman. Barrlngton posed for a time as an English nobleman.
