PROPOSES A MEETING AT HELENA, ARK. Memphis, Tenn., August 18. B. J. Cunningham has secured an option on ground at Helena, Ark., and has made all arrangements to open a new racetrack there, where a six-day meeting will be held during October. The Helena meeting will precede the usual winter meeting at New Orleans, and dates convenient for horsemen who usually journey south after the close of Latonia will be chosen.
