BILLY MEYERS IS PERMANENTLY ENGAGED. Billy Meyers, who was in charge of the track during the recent meeting nt Rockingham Park, has been engaged as permanent superintendent. It is understood that lie has arranged to go to New Orleans and take up his work on the Crescent City track the coming winter. He worked wonders there last winter and his services will be appreciated again. His success at Harlem and Oaklawn was likewise marked.
