J. B. HAGGIN SEEKS DIXIANA FARM. New York, September 20. It is currently reported that J. B. Haggin is negotiating with Major Thomas J. Carson for Dixlana Farm, with a view to further increasing the acreage of his Elmendorf establishment in Kentucky. Dixiana Farm is situated on the Russell Cave road and was sold by the late Major B. G. Thomas to Major Carson when the latter removed from Mississippi to Kentucky. It runs back to land which Mr. Haggin has recently purchased and Is now a part of Elmendorf. Mr. Haggin now owns over 6,000 acres in that immediate vicinity.
