LATONIA tAKE WILL BE DRAINED. Cincinnati, O., October 3. Secretary Dillon of theLatouia Jockey Chib; has ordered that the lake in the infield at the Latonia race course be drained. The water was polluted as the result of drainage after the recent fire at the Ileile elevator. The foreign matter that poured into the lake killed all the lish and produced an intolerable stench.
