TALK OF ANOTHER "AMERICAN INVASION."! "Rumors are current among the turfmen of England that another American invasion of their tracks is apt to take place next year," says the Xew York World. "It is reported there that W. K. Vanderbllt, James R. Keene, Perry Belmont. Harry Payne Whitney and several other millionaire lovers of the -racehorse on this side, contemplate liaving extensive racing stables at the British tracks next year. These reports have not been verified, but seem to find credence In well informed turf circles. The anti-American feeling on the English tnrf Is not nearly so strong as it was several years ago, but whether this is due to the absence of winning American stables or an actual dying out f the prejudice against our racing men is hard to say."
