POOLROOMS HAVE A TOWER AT JAMAICA. Xew York, October 22. Today the poolroom men had decidedly the best of the war that has been waged all the season with the racetracks to obtain race results. They erected a tower opposite the first turn at Jamaica! from which a clear view of the course was obtainable. They said they were there to stay and had ajrmed men there to guard the tower.
