WOULD MAKE A CHASER OF R0SEBEN. Davy Johnson is saying nothing about any plans he may have as to the future of Roseben, but the New York newspapers seem to have come to the conclusion that he will be put to steeplechasing. Some of them express the opinion that he will make his debut as a cross-country racer next season. Others say that this will come after another year of racing on the flat.
