FLYNN BUYS RACETRACK SITE. Thomas W. Flynn. the former police lieutenant, who now has a string of horses in training at the old Roby track, has purchased a tract of land between Chicago Heights and Harvey on which he hoi es ultimately to build a racetrack. While the land was purchased in his name. Mr. Flynn says there are others interested with him in the venture and that when the time for building arrives there will be no lack of capital. The site is twenty miles from Chicago and is accessible If three railroads and a line of electric cars.
