FILE MOTION FOR A NEW TRIAL. Cincinnati. O., April 11.— J. B. Beepeaa and F. R. lln-on through Attorney John B. ONeal, have hied a motion in the Federal Court at Covington. Ky.. for a new trial of .1. Clyde Wolfes suit agaiiisi them. They set out that Judge Cochrane erred in bis charge to the jury and thai the voided was not in accordance with the testimony. Wolf sued for ,400. alleging thai he lost that: much playing the races at the old power house poolroom in Covington. and the jury gave him a verdict of $,186.
