WIMMER TO TRAIN FOR MACDONOUGH. New York. April 11. -The Onaoadale Stable, owned by W. OB. Macdonough. of California, will In- trained this year by Peter Wimuier iiist, ad ..i Tom Welsh. As the Newcastle Stable lias a target string than ever before trainer Welsh will hare his hands so full that he cannot find the time to look after the irnionilale Stables stars Ormondale. the Futurity winner of UK, and Oran. now a well deli loped three year old. There are also several two year olds bred by Mr. Macdonough that will race iu his colors this year. In securing Wimuier the California turfman has secured a vcleran if wide experience. Wimnier formerly trained for the late S. S. Brown until he was succeeded by Robert linker, but when W. Harry Brown returns to the turf next year, Wiuuuer will prooabiy be engaged as the trainer once more. Wininier has several horses of his own and also has a contract on the services of jockey Brussel.
