RACING COMMISSION APPEALS. New York, July C. Chairman August Relmont of the Jockey Club was at Sheepshead Ray this afternoon, but be declined to discuss the proposition of racing at the Empire City track. The State Racing Commlsim has taken Hie case to the Court of Appeals, and its attorney holds to the opinion that the appeal will act as a stay.
