Martin Doyle did not run his race In the Brighton. He was off In a tangle and never got through the front line. The pace was awful loo keen for him. Cottontown is in fine shape just now and will he heard from at Saratoga. The Bashford Manor lot have got nothing, so far. Sir Huou, Arcite, Altuda, Sir Cleges and Boema are the best of them. Sir Htion, after a let up, is galloping again and has all his speed on call. Brancas and Lady Savoy, In Will McDanlels lot, look and work well and will soon be In action. John Marrs work at Sheepshead is almost as Impressive In speed and more Impressive in action than Chapultepees. Temaceo, In Durnells lot, Is thoroughly fit and Von Tromp Is far better thau his recent racing 1 which Isnt much.
