OConnor, of Brooklyn, announces his marriage in Germany about two weeks ago to Miss Udna liOtus, a native of Ungland. OConnor is riding in France this year and is making his home at Chantilly. lie has contracted to return to Germany next year, but the letter does not give tlie name of his employer.
