WEST VIRGINIA -POOL.ROOM CASES. Wheeling, W. Va., July 21. Two phases of the lirooke county poolroom cases were argued before Judge A. G. Dayton, of the Federal Court, at Phil-lippi yesterday the courts jurisdiction and tho question of a permanent "Injunction. Prosecuting Attorney McCleary, of Brooke county, .and Henry M. Russell represented the state, while John J. Coiiiff ami United States District Attorney Reese Blizzard represented the poolroom owners. The decision was reserved.
