Rosimiro outbroke and outraced the others to the stretch, where he swerved to the inside bad going and succumbed finally. Alex Grant had no mishaps, was outpaced throughout by the first two, but held on well. Glaucus broke slowly, but finished gamely. Norbltt showed early speed. Knight of Elway maintained a position within striking distance of the leaders to the last half, where lie gained rapidly and beat them out decisively on the Hat. Guardian II. fenced well and liked the soggy course, was a prominent contender throughout and appeared like the winner in the stretch, but succumbed unexpectedly. Bannell, palpably short, fenced unskillfully and greenly, losing much ground lit each jump, tired in the final struggle and will easily reverse this running later on. Paprika disliked the going, but held on gamely from start to finish and was going as fast as the winner at the end. The others were outpaced. The winner was entered for 00; no bid. De Mund failed to get away from his opponents with his usual dash and, after leading to midway of the stretch, quit badly. Keator, outpaced for the first half, finished well. Baby AVolf failed to stay after close and strenuous early pursuit of the pacemaker and ran a bad race. Gold Lady indulged the early pacemaker with the lead for seven furlongs, then went to the front and. winning with any amount in hand, was much the best and is in grand form. Golden AVest drew out quickly and made the running on sufferance to the last turn, where she quickly gave way to the winner, but held on unexpectedly well to save second place. Killaloe, in the deepest inside going throughout, was always in unavailing, hut game, pursuit of the two leaders and finished a comfortable third. Tokalon, pulling up at the start, dropped far to the rear in the early running, but closed up well in the last half. Yankee Girl held her own as a distant fourth for a mile, then tired and is in bad form. Miss Crawford dropped to the rear after going half the journey and ran a very bad race. Funky ran lapped on the winner lor nearly a mile before he tired and finished a game second. Lally, badly outpaced for the first three-quarters, closed a big gap in the last half.. Golf Ball set the pace to the stretch by a wide margin, then quit all over and finished eased up. The winner was entered for ,000; no bid.
