NOTES OF THE TURF. narry Knhl is still confined to his bed at Ihe home of his mother 208 Granite Street, Pueblo, Colorado. His health is not improving. A. T. Vandeventer, the man who owned the Seattle race course and other valuable property in Seattle, was recently killed in an automobile accident. W. K. Vanderbilt is steadily forging to the front among the winning owners of the French turf. He has a number of very useful, if not great horses, among them North East, Cornstalk and Omega. They are all winning races with regularity.
