LATONIA CASE UNDER ADVISEMENT. Frankfort, Ky., September 2S. The case of nenry Harris, of New York, against Joseph Rhinock and others, of Covington, seeking to get possession of ::7 per cent, of the stock of the Latonia Racing Association, has been argued before Judge Cochran in the United States Court by AA V. Sy mines and E. Calm for Harris, and Harvey Myers and Louis Kramer for Rhinock.. The various legal questions were fought over" for several hours and Judge Cochran has taken the case under advisement.
