Pajarolta drew out in the first stride, nroceeded to spreadeagle the others and far outclassed them. Alice F. well up in the early running, finished gamely and caught Manchester tinug for second p ace. The latter tired after five furlongs of early strenuous pursuit of the winner and was a game third. Marian Casey dropped back unaccountably at the half and went wide, then came with a fast, but belated, stretch rush. St. Avon, away slowly, loomed up prominently on the last turn, but tired and was palpably shoe. Sombro, still green, is a fine looker. Tawasentha outbroke, outpaced and outstayed her opposition decisively. Nftppa ran in striking - distance pursuit of tUe winner and finished gamely. Crip, from a Uatfwtcd start, tiesed, up steadily. j the last half into a fast -going third. Surety, away poorly, made up ground into a fast going and close up fourth. Blanche C. failed to stay after early prominence for live furlongs. Merrill, not ready, appeared superb, held his position all the way and will do to watch. Bertie A., away poorly, was crowded hack at the half. Sihari and Salvadale were virtually left. -The winner, entered for 00, was hid up to 1,000 and bought in. Scratched Mojado, 107. Fisher Boy, from a good start, dropped back, but ran around rapidly on the first turn, drew out at the half and was never seriously menaced afterwards. Etapa, from a striding start, ran in nearest pursuit of the pacemakers throughout, but tired badly at the end. Fury ran well up throughout and finished with a rush, but was pocketed suddenly. Captain Burnett, away poorly, steadily improved his position into a fast going, but belated fourth. Pinaud ran forwardly for six furlongs, then tired. Little Joker improved his position from a bad send-off. The same applies to Queen Alamo. The winner, entered for 00, was bid up to ,000 and bought in. Scratched 093373Spinstress, 109. . Prejuicio broke striding and maintained close pursuit of the pacemaker to the stretch, where he wore him down decisively. Mary F., always close up. finished with a rush and was a game second. Magazine drew out quickly and set a tremendous pace, from which he tired finally. Ovelando wants a longer race and was badly outpaced, hut finished gamely and was gaining slowly at the end. Bye Bye II.. crowded early, closed vp rapidlv and after being carried wide on the last turn, just failed to score. Silver Line outbroke tho mhers and set the pace for seven furlongs, but tired in the closing strides. Storma broke slowly, ran on the extreme outside around the first turn and quit after early prominence. Annie H., after nearest pursuit of the leaders for six furlongs, failed to stay. Sugarmaid outbroke the others and was shut off and reserved in be-hinrt the pacemaker in the middle running, then drew out in the stretch, but was headed in the last f-tiide Proper away poorlv and carried out on the first turn, closed up steadily but, in a whirlwind finish could not quite get up. Mark Antony II. set the pace in the middle running and tired in the l retch hut held on gamely. Dollie Dollars ran well up throughout, is extra good and likes mud.
