MDOWELLS HORSES SENT SOUTH. Lexington, Ky., December 5. T. C. McDowells racing stable of fifteen horses was shipped tonight to New Orleans. The string consists of Kings .Daughter, Lady Anne, Gibson, Prince Hohcnlohe, Uncle, Variety and nine coming two-year-olds, seven of them by Batten, one by Mazagan and the other by Handsel. The yearlings by Allan-a-Dale, out of Peg Wotlington, Galliard III. and Monarka, were left at Ashland Farm, with a few older horses that have been turned out for the winter. This is Mr. McDowells first winter campaign. G. I. Wilson has purchased from J. B. Haggin tor 0,000 the ground on which stands the newly erected Horsemens Headquarters. Mr. Wilson is now sole owner of the establishment.
